Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
